Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. Enclosed patio and courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: The owner who is enhanced DBS safety checked, is available for baby sitting at an extra charge, please contact the owner for further information and if you would require this. Note: There are some steps in the property, and please mind you head when you go down the stairs. Note: No stag/hen or similar.
