Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, TV with Freeview, CD/Radio, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and high chair available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles. Pub 1 mile. Beach 3 miles.
Note: Split level landing with a step on landing outside twin bedroom.
Note: There are some farm outbuildings located behind the cottage, within the farmyard, which are in use during the winter months for housing and feeding the cattle.
Note: Due to the nature and location of the cottage, children should not be allowed to wander off around the yard.
Note: There is often cattle and sheep in the surrounding fields and the farm buildings are in use by the owner.
Note: check in time is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
